In the short time that Ms. Padilla has been at Midland she has consistently demonstrated unparallel dedication, creativity, and compassion in her teaching methods, making a profound impact on every student's learning journey. Her love of the arts has translated into the establishment of our successful choir program. Her ability to bring a team together shows in her collaboration efforts as Grade Level Lead. Ms. Padilla is always willing to give her time and best effort toward the work we're doing at Midland. Our Midland Family is honored to nominate her.
